Warranty

MPD Medical Systems, Inc. warrants the products it manufactures to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use and service, for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery to the original buyer’s location. The Push-Button and Electronic lock assemblies and the Plastic tops are warranted for a period of 1 year.

This warranty shall not apply to any product that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or unauthorized modification. Dents, dings and scratches are considered normal wear and tear.

Components not manufactured by MPD Medical Systems, Inc. are warranted to the extent of the original manufacturer’s warranty policy.
